5 PALACE COURT CCA were appointed to deliver the change of use scheme that had been granted permission in 2014. The proposal consisted in the change of use from hotel to six high-end residential units. CCA were heavily involved in the detail, coordination and interior design of the units. Extensive negotiation with Westminster City Council took place at the outset of the project to maximise and improve the design. This included a number of application submitted by CCA in order to formalise the revised design proposal.

Included in the scheme is a 5-storey new-built mews house at the rear of the main plot.
