LISTED BARN This beautiful rural structure is set in a traditional village at the heart of the Italian Alps, the Dolomites. The conversion project consists in the restoration and refurbishment of the building working within tight constraints set by the environment and local planning codes. Working with a local team of builder and technical experts, CCA has provided design guidance for this project.

This includes the retention of structure and fabric and maximum development areas allowed within the existing building. The design, contemporary in any other aspect, proposes to keep to a simple pallet of materials and maximise views onto the breathtaking surrounding landscape.
